1. Instructions and learning outcomes
For this topic you are required to do the following:
- Create and publish two (2) person content types (1 professional and 1 academic).
- Create and publish two (2) teams and add the 2 person content types to each team.
After completing each task, there is a review stage that consists of the following:
- Compare your published person and team content types to the ones that we created.
- Review the Our people page on your training website to see the display of a view of the published person content types by team.
- Review the Staff directory tab on the Contacts page to see the display of a view of an alphabetical listing of the published person content type.
- Review the Research profile page to view the link to the person.
At the end of the topic, you will be able to:
- Create a person
- Find the UQ Researcher ID
- Find the eSpace Author ID
- Create a team
- Explain the link between the person, the team and the our people page
- Explain the link between the person and the staff directory tab on the Contact page
- Explain the link between the person, the research area and the project
