1. Instructions and learning outcomes

For this topic you are required to do the following:

  1. Create and publish two (2) person content types (1 professional and 1 academic).
  2. Create and publish two (2) teams and add the 2 person content types to each team.

After completing each task, there is a review stage that consists of the following:

  1. Compare your published person and team content types to the ones that we created. 
  2. Review the Our people page on your training website to see the display of a view of the published person content types by team.
  3. Review the Staff directory tab on the Contacts page to see the display of a view of an alphabetical listing of the published person content type.
  4. Review the Research profile page to view the link to the person.

At the end of the topic, you will be able to:

  1. Create a person
  2. Find the UQ Researcher ID
  3. Find the eSpace Author ID
  4. Create a team
  5. Explain the link between the person, the team and the our people page
  6. Explain the link between the person and the staff directory tab on the Contact page
