Basic site setup
Before using content types and panels, they need to be turned on first.
The below pictures illustrate where you can turn the features on.
Admin menu -> Structure Features -> UQ Components
Turn on only a max of 5 components at a time.
Admin menu -> Structure Features -> UQ Content Types
Turn on only a max of 3 Content Types at a time.
The main navigation won't show up without being put in place.
The main menu block needs to be placed under the navigation region, example can be seen below.
Admin menu -> Structure -> Blocks
