Everyone needing to administer a UQ Drupal website must undertake basic training.

You must have approval from your Unit manager or IT Manager to undertake prior to registering.

The process

  1. Register for a course (Staff login required)
  2. A confirmation email will be sent after registering for the course.
  3. A second email will be sent with a link to the training course and instructions for how to begin.
  4. Once all learning activities are completed, email to request assessment of your sandbox site. A competent/not yet competent assessment is used.
  5. If competency has been demonstrated, Editor access can then be requested for live sites.
Note: the site owner must approve requests for editing access.
